The press conference Feburary 8, 2011 where Mayor Dickert gave 1.2million dollars to Delta Hawk to produce engines in the City of Racine WI. Was this a good investment at the time? What is this claw back Mayor Dickert? Is the City of Racine investing wisely with City funds? What are the future investments the City of Racine are about to make?

rceout is not just another inner glove on the market. The anatomy of the glove combines functionality, design and style into one glove --- one very important glove. Our hands are critical to our game. Over time, our glove hand takes a beating from constant pounding of baseballs and softballs. The Forceout has been engineered to protect the most vulnerable parts of your hand while allowing you to stay in touch with your mitt.

Our glove will continue to evolve with tomorrow's players in mind both on the baseball and softball diamond. Functionality, design and style will always be the most important elements of Forceout. Our patent pending gloves are designed by people who know what it feels like to be on the field. Enjoy your new Force

White House Silent on Paul Filibuster

10:05 PM, Mar 6, 2013 • By DANIEL HALPER

The White House will not comment on Rand Paul's ongoing filibuster on the Senate floor of President Obama's nominee to be the next CIA director. A Huffington Post reporter remarks on Twitter:

Likewise, the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment from this reporter.

Tonight, President Obama took a group of Republican senators to dinner at the Jefferson Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C. Obama, the White House says, picked up the tab.

The guest's at Obama's dinner included:

Senator Lindsey Graham Senator Bob Corker Senator Kelly Ayotte Senator John McCain Senator Dan Coats Senator Tom Coburn Senator Richard Burr Senator Mike Johanns Senator Pat Toomey Senator Ron Johnson Senator John Hoeven Senator Saxby Chambliss

An anonymous White House aide told the pooler, “The President greatly enjoyed the dinner and had a good exchange of ideas with the Senators.”

The question often comes up, why don't we have a third-party in the race for president? The real question is, why don't we have a second party running for president? The two-party system has evolved into the same party; greed, war, abuse of civil liberties. Both parties support the TSA, the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the constant state of military intervention around the world. Drone attacks in Yemen, Pakistan and Afghanistan hailed by both parties as advancements in war technology. George Bush started the drone attacks shortly after 9/11, and President Obama has intensified the attacks during his presidency.

The Republican Party

The Republican Party in the 1960s was the party of non-intervention in world affairs, troop withdrawal in the Vietnam War, fiscal conservatism, right to life. Today the Republican Party cannot find any part of war they find distasteful, or the intervention into countries to spread democracy at the end of a gun barrel. Taking out old propped up dictators who no longer support the corporate takeover of their country and installing new propped up dictators who bow to the friends and crony capitalists of the United States Government. The Republican platform on right to life, may be the only difference between the Republicans and the Democrats, only so far as pre-born. Once the age of 18 is reached the indoctrination into the war propaganda machine aided by both parties, having both Democratic and Republican mothers placing bumper stickers on their SUV stating "my son fights for our freedom." The Republican Party of the past is gone, it is been replaced by the Dick Cheney's, George Bush's and the military-industrial complex which has taken over the Republican Party. No longer "A Shining City On The Hill" Jesus, Sermon on the Mount, used by Ronald Reagan.

The Democratic Party

The Democratic Party in the 1960s was the party of civil liberties, social welfare, labor and the fight to eliminate poverty. Today the Democratic Party has lost their way, they have accepted with open arms the warmongering of the Republican Party. They no longer defend a country against the cruelest most arrogant anti-worker legislation spawned from Wall Street. In contrast they accept huge donations from Wall Street while uttering to the feeble minded peaceniks and labor unions about their commitment to the cause. They never miss a chance to renew the Patriot Act which strips American citizens of many of their civil liberties. They backed President Obama elimination of habeas corpus (trial) for detainees including American citizens they consider combatants. They and their Republican counterpart bicker back and forth as the American debt reaches a new high only to have at the last minute a "kum ba yah" moment with the Republicans and raise the debt ceiling to historic highs. The war on poverty is nonexistent. Wages, cost-of-living and social reform have been dictated by the Republican Party without so much as a whimper as the American people fall deeper into debt.

Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan the golden boy of the new Republican party is the perfect vehicle for the "scared of everything 50-year-old male." Never have there been a time when the US military, could be used so cleverly as to put fear in the American people from countries that have no military, no navy, no air force. The picture of Osama bin Laden holding a submachine gun in a cave somewhere in the hills of Afghanistan, has scared the 50-year-old white man to remove his shoes and drop his pants in the local airport so he can be safe. The Republican Party has masterfully aligned themselves as the safety net for the SUV/401 crowd, using debt ridden, jobless 18 to 24-year-old to fight the endless wars. Mitt Romney has stated he would supply more money for the military and there is no reason to believe he or the Republican Party would control the military-industrial complex.

President Obama,

On Peace, the only difference between Obama and Bush is the color of their skin

Under the Obama administration corporations now have the same rights as human beings. Obama personally oversees a "kill list" for drone strikes in Yemen and Pakistan. Drone attacks are not publicly acknowledged, if there happens to be civilians killed they are flatly denied or otherwise called combatants. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) signed by President Obama would allow the military to indefinitely detain suspected terrorists without due process including American citizens arrested in the United States without charge. But of course, they will only take the bad people. Obama's speeches are like a beautiful songs that comfort and ease your mind, but the reality of what is done to the American Constitution is criminal. Ralph Nader a many time third-party candidate said "I don't know whether George W. Bush ever read the Constitution, Obama taught the Constitution, and this is what we got." The hope and change candidate won the Nobel Peace Prize maybe next time the committee will give it to a corporation.

When the power of love over takes the love of power we may see change.
